Glowing Skin Green Smoothie

This is what I have been having lately in the morning as a breakfast, and what I love about it is how detoxified my body feels. When the cells in the body are clean and healthy, you can immediately notice it in how light and shiny your skin is. The greens can provide structured water (magnetized or hexagonal water), which molecules are believed to be very similar to the water that hasn’t been polluted by human processes. At least for me, I feel more hydrated than when I just drink plain water.

The other ingredients nourish your body with vitamins and minerals, and are also fiber-rich which help feed your microbiome. 

So, without any further ado, let me give you the ingredients so you can start making it! 

Ingredients

  • Kefir Milk: 1 Cup (How to make it here)
  • Spinach: 1 handful
  • Celery: ½ ~ 1 stalk
  • Cucumber: ½ ~ 1
  • Avocado: ½
  • Kiwi: 1 (Skin on. Remove ends)
  • Lemon juice: 1
  • Collagen peptides: 1 tbsp
  • Soy Protein: 1tbsp
  • Spirulina / Bee pollen: 1tsp

Steps

  1. Just one. Put it all in the mixer. 😜
